These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Quick Quiz, provided by Fluxo Gaming Studio ("we", "our", "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

  • Quick Quiz is a quiz game for entertainment and educational purposes.
  • You must use the app lawfully.
  • You must not reverse engineer, exploit, manipulate, or disrupt systems.
  • You must not use bots, scripts, or automation to gain unfair advantage.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

If local law requires a higher age for digital services, usage must occur with parent or guardian supervision.

3. User Accounts

  • Some features may use third-party authentication providers, including Firebase Authentication.
  • You are responsible for account confidentiality.
  • You are responsible for activities under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, cheating, or policy violations.

4. Gameplay and Content

The app includes quizzes, categories, progression, rewards, leaderboards, and events.

Content may be updated, modified, or removed at any time. While we strive for quality and accuracy, some quiz content may contain errors or become outdated.

5. Virtual Items and Currency

  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
  • Virtual items are non-transferable.
  • Virtual items may be adjusted for balancing, anti-abuse, or technical reasons.

6. Advertisements

The app may display banner ads, interstitial ads, native ads, and rewarded ads.

Rewarded ads may optionally grant in-game rewards.

7. In-App Purchases

The app may offer optional purchases, including no-ads premium access and other virtual benefits.

Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by the platform store, and store policies apply.

8. Analytics and Diagnostics

The app may use Firebase and related telemetry tools, including analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring, to improve quality, reliability, and balancing.

9. Acceptable Use

  • You must not use cheats, automation, or exploits.
  • You must not manipulate economy or progression unfairly.
  • You must not interfere with platform integrity or other users.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights in the app and related assets, including code, design, visuals, audio, branding, and content, belong to Fluxo Gaming Studio or licensors.

No copying, redistribution, or derivative works are allowed without permission.

11. Availability and Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

Availability may be affected by updates, maintenance, outages, or third-party service issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxo Gaming Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data or progress loss, interruptions, or content errors.

13. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated.
  • We may suspend or terminate access when fraud or abuse is detected.
  • We may suspend or terminate access when platform or legal requirements demand action.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
